Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to provide a non refundable deposit to hold their appointment slot. The deposit will contribute to the full cost of your scheduled service.
I do recognize unforeseen circumstances may arise and I do try to be understanding, however failure to give AT LEAST 48 hours cancellation notice of ANY appointment will result in keeping the non-refundable deposit.
Please understand that last minute cancellations don’t provide me enough opportunity to rebook the spot for any current or potential clients.
⭐️Example: if your appointment is at 1pm Thursday, you must cancel/reschedule before 1pm Tuesday in order to avoid the fee.
If you book multiple services and decide on the day of your appointment you no longer wish to keep both services, you ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE for the payment of both services as it will be seen as a SAME DAY cancellation.
Future appointments will not be scheduled until ALL FEES are paid in FULL and a card is on file.
There will be a grace period of 10 minutes. Anything later may result in a shortened service or rescheduling accompanied by a fee.
If you are late and you booked multiple services and one service cannot be preformed you will be responsible for the payment of that missed service.
⭐️ If you at any point are feeling the slightest bit ill or were around someone who was ill within the last 48 hours, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule your appt for a later date.
